Who decides the immunization schedules and requirements?
The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) is a committee of 10 national experts who provide advice and guidance to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding the most appropriate use of vaccines and immune globulins.
