Technical support is offered by different organizations for different problems and services. To find out who to contact first you need to see under which orgaization your problem or service fall under. LAS Center for Online Distance Learning – This organization covers support and trouble shooting for distance education classes, recordings, Adobe Connect meetings, and Distance LAS class issues. You can contact our technical support by going to the technical support page on this site, simply click on the link in the lower left corner of this page. Campus IT Services – This organization covers network registration, campus computers, and most ISU computing issues (need a lot more description). You can contact them here. The Registrar’s Office – This office is involved with class scheduling, adding and dropping courses, and payments. You can contact them here. Your instructor – Your istructor is responsible for the material that they teach and any academic assistance that they can offer for
