The City of Sunnyvale has an exclusive franchise agreement with Specialty Solid Waste & Recycling; therefore, debris boxes for disposal of solid waste may only be provided by Specialty. Sunnyvale account holders may order a debris box by calling the City of Sunnyvale Utilities Customer Service at (408) 730-7681. Contractors or customers without an existing Sunnyvale account may call Specialty Solid Waste & Recycling directly at (408) 565-9900.
