Although the Chocolate Station is an extremely visual experience, Desiree and her staff do all of the dipping and decorating. This prevents the chocolate from becoming messy and more importantly, allows everything to be kept hygienic and sanitary. The staff are all dressed in professional chefs attire and wear gloves at all times.
