Who does the tenant call for repairs and emergencies?
The tenant will always call Emerald Property Management, Inc. or their on-site manager (apartments only) directly for repairs and/or emergencies. The tenant should not have contact with the Owner and in most cases will not know who the Owner is. Emerald Property Management, Inc. has at least one employee on-call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
