Who has the best makeup tutorials on youtube?
By accident, I’ve recently come across the YouTube Spotlight Channel (found it on the list of top YouTube channels provided by http://aplus.com/a/dawnrichard/most-popular-youtube-channels-of-2016) . As far as understand, the key factor here is to stay within your comfort zone:)

My favorite Youtube makeup gurus: DulceCandy87 (she’s mostly doing haul videos now, but she has done a lot of great makeup tutorials) MichellePhan (the most popular one) The Fashion Maven (she mostly does reviews and swatches stuff for NYX products, which are REALLY helpful) Pinkiecharm (no tutorials, but a lot of reviews on a wide range of cosmetic brands)
I rarely watch make-up tutorials on YouTube. I much like to choose cosmetics and make make-up by myself. By the way, not so long ago I found one great online store that sells cosmetics. Personally, I like Nikki but she is very popular and everybody knows it. Personally, I would like to see some new bloggers which can bring fresh and new makeups but they are so hard to find. I strongly recommend them to buy views or like on y.tools because it influences your rate very much
