Dick Cheney must be the best and worst vice president in History. The best because he was actually running the USA for the last 8 years, not G W Bush. To say he was the brains behind Bush is an understatement of world proportions.

I’ve always liked Aaron Burr! Henry Wallace was good, too! Spiro Agnew was the worst, probably. He was a criminal who pled “no lo contendre” (I don’t disput it) to crimes of corruption and graft.
