Who here thinks bt broadband is useless?
Yup, BT broadband is absolutely dreadful and if anyone ask me about it I tell them to avoid it like the plague. I use Freedom 2 Surf at home and it’s great. I very rarely have problems with it, and if I do I ring up their customer services and it gets resolved very quickly. In contrast my girlfriend has BT at their house. Normally the router needs a reboot at least once a week and the speed is quite erratic (I notice it as I game online at both places), plus their customer service is very bad – her parents got a phone call from BT asking if they would like to go to a faster speed and that it wouldn’t cost them anything so they said yes, then a few days later they were informed by letter that their new 1 year contract had started and that they were tied in because they said “yes” on the call but a new contract was NEVER mentioned in the phone call.
