Guardian materials are available from http://www.lulu.com/spotlight/Jeandecabalis being published by the present Senior Guardian.  Copyright of the pre-1997 materials owned by Society of Guardians/New Zion Incorporated were transferred to Jean de Cabalis as per the legal constitution.  Rights have been given Imperator Fr Carfax of original materials.   Copyright newer publications goverance Et Custosi Tutelae (Society of Guardians) after death of Jean de Cabalis.

This is correct: However in changes have occurred.

(1) prior 2014 Jean de Cabalis provided licensing and a supplementary Guardian et Custosi Tutetae temple warrant  to Ciaran Masterson (the present Senior Guardian of the Society of Guardians) with full rights to others of pre-1996 materials.

(2) The Senior Guardian has complete rights to, all original (pre-1996) Freedman and Guardian materials (as if they were the owner of the materials).  I.e. Basically restricted to ‘the Society of Guardians’ (for pre-1996 materials) whom have rights as if owner of these materials

(3) Frater Carfax, Hierophant of the Bet Yerusha temple in Australia (former Imperator of the Et Custosi Tutelae) has rights to Et Custosi Tutelae materials published prior to 2013.  These include various lessons, documents, PDF’s articles, on-line essays and edited rehashing of original Freedman Guardian materials etc etc published before 2013 by the Et Custosi Tutelae.  But no rights to Jean de Cabalis book publications.

(4) Jean de Cabalis himself (has a self imposed limitation on usage & publication of pre-1996 materials and the Guardian name.  As the Et Custosi Tutelae has not existed as an Order since 2014, he no further rights to grant licensing to others of pre-1996 materials nor any Et Custosi Tutelae materials.  In the spirit of cooperation with the present Society of Guardians, any edited/appended to publication and/or inclusions of original Guardian materials will be clearly clarified outside of the Guardian name, as not to cause confusion with the original materials.

Copyright of all Guardian eBooks is owned by New Zion Inc the publisher on behalf of the Senior Guardian/Magister Jean de Cabalis (Cabilis). This includes materials previously copyrighted the ‘Meditative Research Foundation Inc’, the ‘Society of Guardians Inc’ and ‘New Zion Inc’. Rights transferred completely to New Zion Inc 2003 and are owned by New Zion Incorporated. The Senior Guardian/Magister of the Order holds executive control over all of the above materials. Purchase of an eBook is a license to read and print for private use. Purchasing an eBook does not provide rights to on-sell or copy or distribute them.
