Who installs the systems?

Your sales representative, local distributor or a technical support chemist installs all systems. System installation includes setup, testing and a short orientation. In the U.S., the installer will run one well-characterized chemistry to ensure the installation is successful. A typical installation will take four to five hours to complete. Please note that the installation of your instrument is not a substitute for training.
