Who invented the first ice cream cone
Though there is a lot of controversy regarding the first ice cream cone, the general belief is that it was invented during the 1904 Worlds Fair in St. Louis. Apparently, an ice cream booth and a waffle booth were beside each other at the fair. They put their heads together and decided to place the ice cream on the waffle to make it easier for fair goers to enjoy their treat.
