Who is a parental designee?
A parental designee is someone that you can drive with on your Level One License when your parents aren’t in the car with you. This person must be over the age of 21 and they must be a licensed driver. It is important to note that your parents have to designate this person if you are going to drive them. Make sure there is a note in your car with your parent’s phone number on it. That way if the police have any questions about the parental designee, they can check with your parents.
