Jung is chairwoman and CEO of Avon Products, Inc. Before rising to this position in 1999, Jung served as president and COO over all business units of Avon world-wide. She first came to Avon in 1994 and served as the president in its Product Marketing Group.

In the past, Jung has served as the Executive VP of Neiman Marcus, and before that as Senior VP, General Merchandising Manager for I Magnin.

She serves on the board of directors for General Electric and Apple Inc.
