Certainly Ronaldo is in MUCH better form right now. But in no way can you compare the Ronaldo of today to the Ronaldinho of say 3-4 years ago. At that time, Ronaldinho was truly unstoppable. Every time he would touch the ball you knew something special was going to happen, breathtaking to say the least. C. Ronaldo is also great and truly fun to watch too, but nowhere near the level of the greatest Ronaldinho years.
