Who is better – STA travel or Trailfinders?
Ok this is a true story and i am going to use different names to cover up those in STA, I used STA to travel Mexico / central america and they were brilliant i spoke to john in STA travel, and he sorted out my insurance tickets etc, so it got to six months of travelling when diaster struck fell over, and my leg had quite a hole in it, so i rang up STA who sorted me out in a private hospital, they made sure i had two doctors on arrival who spoke english and the doctor said for me to go back to the Uk to get it checked out. Sta helped me here also So i am sitting there waiting for my BA plane from mexico city, on crutches, then i see John and i said to him ” How you doing? ” he then explained he had been travelling also but his two cards got cloned in Far east, and only found out after starting to tour south america so he had to go back home, as he didnt take out insurance and we were both sitting there laughing about our experiences, then our plane got cancelled, yes the bentley engines
