Who is Brighter Image™ Dental Laboratory?
Never do business with these people! Thinking they were a reputable company, I sign the agreement that said once the veneers were made they would not responsible for your satisfaction and that you would have no recourse if they were not right. Well they were far from being right and were totally useless.
Everything about their operation is very confused and unprofessional.
I only wish that I could get the information out in a more extreme manner. Everyone sould know about this company and the the way they take advantage of you.
Total rip off, many months and no veneers, one lie after anther. Avoid this company at all cost, well, unless you have money you want to throw away! Laurie Hall is a total liar, this company is a scam. No matter how you try to find real reviews about them, it always comes up to their site. Why do they feel they need to this? Because they don’t want you to know the truth.
I ordered veneers from Laurie Hall on 10/22/2010 and have yet to recieved them. She tells me one thing and nothing happens. Total rip off, stay away from them. I spent $1,925.00 and as it looks I am out the money! The last time I talked to Laurie 06/30/2011 she told me I am being unreasonable and they will no longer deal with me on this. I asked to talk to Bill Watson and they said he’d call me back today…. Guess what? No call back. I have filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, BBB in TX and here in MI as well as the Attorney Generals office in both states. So far nothing. At this point I just want my money back.
brighter image dental lab…..i bought bolth veneers top an bottem a total of 1300.00 and never got my order! laurie hall lied to me on the phone atleast 3 times a week telling me my veneers were on the way ..when in fact they were not..i did get my bleaching kit but that took them a month of me calling twice a week to get them to actually send them…when i call an try to get my 1300.00 back they say we allready sent them sorry ..when you get them if you dont want them send them back….they are a scam and i wouldnt send anyone to them! you will be unhappy and you will lose your money if your not carefull …..snap in smile is the place your looking for not brighter image dental lab….they are a joke!
