Who is covered by the Hatch Act?

0

The Hatch Act covers all executive branch employees including part-time employees except the President and the Vice President. It covers employees who work on an occasional or irregular basis such as consultants and advisory committee members but only during the time they are actually performing services for the government. However, the rules on what you may do differ depending upon the type of employee you are. More on that later.
