Who is DADA?
DADA S.p.A. is one of the most important Net Companies on the Italian scene. Register.it is part of Dada S.p.A. (DA.MI), one of the most important Net Companies on the Italian scene and the head of a Group entirely dedicated to the development of web activities and services. Dada is quoted on the TechSTAR of the new Italian Stock Exchange and, together with the management of the Group that owns about the 20% of the capital, the Monrif Group (about 20%), RCS Media Group (about 15,4) and Monte dei Paschi di Siena Group (about 4%) are the main shareholders.
