Students attending any College or University anywhere in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, Delaware, West Virginia, or Pennsylvania (anywhere in Maryland or any adjoining State) are eligible. Military Personnel stationed at any military duty station within Maryland or within the Military District of Washington. (Examples: Bethesda Naval Hospital, WRAMC, Ft. Meade, Ft. Belvoir, Washington Naval Yard, the White House, Pentagon, NSA, CIA, HQ USMC, Navy Annex, Andrews AFB, Bolling AFB, etc.) A DOD registration sticker for a duty station in Maryland or within the Military District of Washington must be displayed on your vehicle. Temporary Employment: persons who have been temporarily relocated to Maryland by their employers.
