Who is eligible for an academic credentials assessment?
ACAS assessments are only provided to individuals who require it (it is mandatory) for a specific application process (or end-use) set by an employer, post-secondary institution, regulatory body, or other identified organization. ACAS clients must be living in Manitoba as permanent residents or Canadian citizens.
