Who is eligible for an NCSU AllCampus Card?
The AllCampus office issues identification cards to currently enrolled students and currently employed faculty/staff. Both are loaded into the AllCampus system via downloads from Registration and Records and the PeopleSoft system. ID cards are issued to NCSU employees not paid by the University, visiting scholars, visiting professors, Encore program members, NCSU affiliates and guests of the University by written request approved by a Dean or Vice-Chancellor. Non-photo conference/guest cards are issued to summer conference groups and special programs requiring access to University services without being issued a Student or Faculty/Staff ID. There is no fee for the first NCSU ID card for students, faculty/staff and other authorized users. There is a $15 fee for replacement cards.
