Individuals who have a Medicaid card and need transportation for a Medicaid eligible service may qualify for Medicaid transportation. If you have not been approved for Medicaid, you will not be eligible for Medicaid transportation. If you are unable to provide for your own transportation, call (863)534-5500. An assessment can be scheduled to determine if you are eligible.
