The WIA Youth Program serves low-income individuals who are 14 to 21 years of age. The stimulus legislation has increased the upper age limit to 24 for programs funded with stimulus funds. The age limit of 21 is still in effect for regular funded WIA Youth Programs. The definition for low-income may be found at any of the local career centers.
