• Leadership personnel* of a TRiO Talent Search, TRiO Educational Opportunity Center, TRiO Student Support Services, or TRiO McNair project; • A full or part-time staff member of a TRiO Talent Search, TRiO Educational Opportunity Center, TRiO Student Support Services, or TRiO McNair project; or • Preparing for employment as a staff member or leadership personnel* in a TRiO Talent Search, TRiO Educational Opportunity Center, TRiO Student Support Services, or TRiO McNair project. *Leadership personnel means project directors, coordinators, and other individuals involved with the supervision and direction of projects under the Federal TRiO Programs.
