Faculty/Staff/Visiting Faculty are eligible to reside in the apartments for no more than one calendar year. UNDGRADUATES - Any student enrolled at NDSU, who has completed a minimum of 2 semesters of college level course work post high school graduation or reached 20 years of age by the time of occupancy may live in University apartments. GRADUATES - Any graduate (masters or doctoral) student who is currently enrolled at NDSU, and has completed a bachelor's degree program is eligible for a University apartment. FAMILIES - Any NDSU student who is married (and living with a spouse), or is the head of a household may live in one of the University apartments with members of the immediate family only. "Head of Household" shall mean a person supporting or living with his/her child, brother, sister or parent whom proof of support can be shown. POST-DOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOWS - Any post-doctoral research fellow with written verification of a fellowship may live in University apartments. ...
