A. Eligible electric customers of PG&E, SCE, and SDG&E may receive an incentive through the MASH program. In addition, all existing multifamily affordable housing that meet the definition of low income residential housing established in Public Utilities Code § 2852.a.2 and have an occupancy permit for at least two years.
