Who is Jerry Seinfeld and why does He want to be Called Jesus Seinfeld?
Jerome A Seinfeld (Little Jerry) was born on April 19, 1954 in Brooklyn, New York. Jerry attended Oswego College, but transferred to Queens College in New York City. He developed an interest in Stand up Comedy after he appeared in several College productions. While he preformed in local clubs and the Catskill Mountains until his career received a boost when he appeared in a 1976 HBO Special. He appeared on the Tonight show with Johnny Carson, the Late Night Show with David Letterman and the Merv Griffin show in the early 80’s. In 1989 he was invited to create a sitcom for NBC. He teamed up with Larry David and they wrote the sitcoms. In 1990 in their first year, they were very close to being cancelled, but the viewers were increasing in numbers and they were kept for a second season. By the 4th season the Seinfeld show rose in popularity to become one of the biggest TV shows of all time.
