Who is known as doctor in sports world?
Valentino Rossi, the multiple time MotoGP champion, goes by the nickname of The Doctor. It is not entirely clear why, but nicknames are often pretty random so this is nothing unusual! Also a shout for the ‘Doc’, Roy Halladay, pitching star of my beloved Bluejays baseball team, named after the old-time gunslinger Doc Holliday… he probably isn’t the answer you want, but I just wanted to give him his props!
