Who is permitted to bring such claims e.g. public authorities, state appointed ombudsmen or consumer associations?

0

Interest groups (organizacje społeczne) may bring claims to court in the name of citizens in regards to claims for alimony and in cases of protection of consumer rights (Article 61 KPC). Such interest groups do not have to be approved by the state, however, they must be vested with the power to bring such claims by applicable law. Claims may also be brought by a state appointed ombudsman or by a prosecutor.
