All DA Civilians who have returned from deployment to a combat zone since 10 March 2005 and were in theater for at least 30 days are required to complete the PDHRA. DA Civilians who returned between 11 September 2001 and 9 March 2005 are highly encouraged to complete the PDHRA but are not required to do so. Ideally, you will complete the PDHRA between 90-180 days after redeployment. However, anyone who has been redeployed for more than 90 days may complete the PDHRA, even if they are beyond the 180day mark.
