Who is responsible for determining if products or services purchased are allowable for voucher redemption?

0

The Settlement Claims Administrator (Outside Source), selected by the Court, will be responsible for determining if products or services are allowable under this program. For information on products or services redemption eligibility contact the Settlement Claims Administrator (Outside Source) call center for the California Education Technology K-12 Voucher Program. The toll free number is 800-419-5286. Current hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST. Note: The Settlement Claims Administrator (Outside Source) only will take questions from schools and districts and will not answer questions from vendors on the eligibility of their products and/or services. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the school or district to determine if the products or services they will be purchasing will be eligible for voucher redemption.
