Who is responsible for minerals planning in the Unitary Authorities of Plymouth and Torbay?

Devon’s Minerals Local Plan has been prepared by the County Council’s Minerals and Waste Planning Policy Team. The District Councils in Devon, together with the adjoining Unitary Councils and National Parks, have been consulted throughout the process.
