To facilitate this oversight, investigation and cleanup activities are discussed at monthly Remedial Project Managers meetings comprised of representatives from the Navy, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), the Regional Water Quality Control Board (Water Board), and other federal and state agencies.
