Who is the best motherboard manufacturer Intel or Dell?
Neither. Dell motherboards are locked down limiting the configuration you can do in the bios. They do this because it is easier for their customer support since people can’t accidentally overclock their cpu or ruin their configuration. They are useful only to people who don’t know anything about computers. Intel motherboards are a lot like Dell motherboards. They tend to limit the configuration in the bios but do also have more settings than Dell motherboards. A manufacturer who doesn’t sell completely built computers like SuperMicro or Gigabyte is the best in my opinion. They tend to let you configure what ever you want and don’t lock out features. That being said, almost all motherboards you will find for an Intel cpu would have chips from Intel on it. So they all have basically the same chipsets, just different features provided. Some motherboards also may have Nvidia chipsets or AMD chipsets but the majority of Intel cpu compatible motherboards use either Intel or Nvidia chipsets.
