The Caped Wonder lives in The City and works for The Weekly World Planet under his secret identity, Clark Oppenheimer. He is invulnerable, can fly, can move fast with his very-quick speed, and has see-through vision and really-hot vision, with which he can make things really hot. Each proclaiming to be “Protector of The City”, The Caped Wonder and the Tick never seemed to quite get along. The Caped Wonder first appeared in The Tick #1 and made a cameo appearance in The Tick vs. The Idea Men. 2.10 Who is Angus McGuire?
