The Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin, Inc., is a membership organization open to any Wisconsin lawyer willing to: (a) be trained in the collaborative process; (b) commit to practice pursuant to the philosophy embodied in the Council’s Principals and Guidelines; and (c) remain current in payment of membership dues and continuing legal education. A copy of the Principals and Guidelines and a membership application are attached.
