In order to ensure that the project evaluation yields high quality and useful information, Dr. Braeger from Educational Outfitters (a professional evaluation firm) will directly serve as AHCC’s independent evaluator – a role for which his background and experience are well suited. Dr. Braeger has a Ph.D. in Research and Evaluation Methodology and over 15 years’ evaluation experience on 54 projects for schools and universities across the nation, including four Teaching American History Grant projects.
