With over 20 years of land development and residential home building experience, Michael Willenbacher is heading up the management team at Lee’s RV Resort. Mr. Willenbacher served for 10 years as the Division President of a major Tampa Bay area home builder and worked extensively with county and municipal government agencies to initiate infrastructure requirements. The association with Lee's RV Resort and giving renters here the opportunity to own a site is an exciting concept. “Market research and feasibility studies are current consumer trends all point in the direction of condominium conversion,” says Mr. Willenbacher.
