UMF is a manufacturer of metal furniture for use in hospitals, clinics and physician’s offices around the world. UMF’s product line includes, but is not limited to, power procedure chairs, examination tables and chairs, all types of treatment cabinets including instrument, supply and laboratory. In addition, UMF manufacturers a variety of stools, waste receivers, isolation screens, narcotic lockers and mobile equipment including dressing carts and newborn bassinets. At the present time UMF maintains a product line of approximately 157 distinct catalogued items, and ships approximately 20,000 items each year. UMF also produces custom items to customer specifications on a continual basis. Approximately 19% of UMF’s volume is stainless steel. The remainder of the product line is produced from sheet, tube and bar products with a UMF applied baked enamel finish.
