Who issues birth certificates in Chinese language?
In many cases, civil service office of municipality is authorized to issue birth certificates, marriage certificates, and similar civil registration documents in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, or in other cities. If you need a new Chinese birth certificate or lost yours, you may get a new one from Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Washington, D.C.
