Who knows a good and easy to use video editing program?

It needs to be able to transfer video from the hard disk of a digital video camera to my PC and then allow me to do basic editing including the adding of opening and end screens and the bookending of segments or chapters within the video using stills or chapter headings, then save the video in MPEG format, burn a DVD and/or upload it to YouTube. All that without requiring me to go to film school… ‘Easy to use’ is the word!
