Who knows about going to the gym when you e pregnant?
I’m not an especially active person (lol) but I’ve heard that if you worked out/exercised before getting pregnant, it’s perfectly fine to do the same exercised after becoming pregnant. You just have to be careful to take it easy with certain things (running, for example, especially during the third trimester as you can injure your back), and you also have to stay hydrated while working out. If I were in your shoes, I’d join a gym, but I’d say with the less bone-jarring and strenuous exercises like walking on the treadmill, swimming, water aerobics (if your gym has a pool and offers that), maybe some *light* nautilus stuff, but that’s about it.
