Madison Metro has an online customer service report form at www.cityofmadison.com/metro Students are strongly encouraged to use this service & to identify themselves as MATC students. The form is available 24/7 and filing one means that there is a record of your comments, feedback, observations and suggestions. If a student submits an online customer service report to Madison Metro, they are strongly encouraged to e-mail a copy of that report to the MATC Student Senate e-mail account at senate@matcmadison.edu The more input the Senate has from MATC students, the better student interests can be represented by elected student leaders.
