Who must complete a background check?
All LUYAA Board of Directors, Commissioners, League Coordinators, Head & Assistant Coaches, Team Moms, Fundraisers Coordinators, & Concessions Coordinators. Background checks must be re-submitted every 3 years. 2. How do I submit my information for the background check? Volunteers must register into the database to be a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Parent, Fundraising Coordinator, Concessions Coordinator, etc. If this is the first time you have completed a background check with LUYAA, you will need to sign a paper form also. 3. Do I have to pay for this? No, there is no charge to the volunteer at this time. 4. Is submitting my information online safe? Yes, it is as safe as we can make it. It is a “Secure” website, and the only person who can access your information, is the Security Company Agent, that will be doing the Background Checks. LUYAA Board Members & Commissioners will not be able to access your Social Security number, but they will be able to lookup when and if the backg
