• The NC EMS Drug Evaluation Form must be reviewed and signed by the EMS Medical Director within 30 days of the Drug Assisted Intubation. • All Drug Assisted Intubations must be reviewed monthly by the EMS System or Agency and any issues identified addressed through the Peer Review Committee. • A copy of the NC EMS Drug Evaluation form for each Drug Assisted Intubation must be forwarded to the NC EMS Medical Director at the end of each quarter for state review.
