Beth Sholom Village is a nonprofit corporation, with a Board of Directors made up of volunteer lay and professional community people. Beth Sholom Village elects community members to serve on its Board, which oversees the policy direction of The Home and assists with raising funds. Professionally, the Executive Vice President, a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, manages the facility.
