Who organizes the Lustre User Group (LUG)?
The annual meeting of Lustre users is now a user led activity. Its organizing committee is made up of representatives from Commissariat à l”énergie atomique (CEA), Indiana University – Pervasive Technology Institute (IU), Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL), Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), Sandia National Laboratories (SNL), and Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC). LUG 2011 will be held in Orlando, Florida from Tuesday, April 12th 2011 through Thursday, April 14th 2011 at the Marriott World Center Golf and Spa resort. This 2 1⁄2 day event is the primary venue for discussion and seminars on open source parallel file system technologies with a unique focus on the Lustre parallel file system.
