The New Mexico Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) is in charge of the CDL licensing process. You will be required to go to one of their branches in person to take both the written and vision tests. You will also be required to take the driving portion of the CDL test at one of their approved locations. For more information, visit the nearest New Mexico MVD branch.
