Who owns the content on ChicagoNow if I post something to the site?

Great question and one of the first we got when we approached bloggers about joining the ChicagoNow network. Our deals with the bloggers say we have nonexclusive rights to the content. The bloggers retain ownership of their content. This will mean more to community members when we move toward functionality that will allow all ChicagoNow users to post text, video and photos. We’re working to come up with a fair and practical policy.
