Service lines are owned by the owner of the property being served. Owner shall keep service lines in good repair and condition at all times. All costs and expenses incidental to the installation, maintenance, and repair of service lines shall be borne by the owner of said services. Except as noted above, all active metered water service lines will be repaired by the Public Works Department. This work shall only include that portion of the water service line from the public main to the shut off valve (curb valve).
